We promise to keep your shopping experience easy and hassle free. That is why we offer FREE standard delivery to UK mainland on all orders. We normally process our orders within 24 hours and use leading courier services for our shipments, so you can expect your parcel to arrive in 2 to 4 working days.
FREE Express Delivery on orders over £25
We offer FREE express delivery on all orders over £25. We use next day parcel service for all express orders.
- Orders received before 2pm on weekdays are sent out on the same day through next day parcel service. In most cases, you will receive the parcel the next working day.
- Orders received after 2pm on weekdays will be sent out on the next working day via next day parcel service.
- Orders received on Friday after 2pm will be sent out on Monday through next day parcel service.

Nothing makes us jump with joy than a happy FOOGO green customer and we take every effort to ensure you are satisfied with your products and they reach you in excellent condition. But there are somethings you might want to know..
- You can cancel an order any time before shipment. Just write to us using the contact form.
- If you are not satisfied with your product, we want to set it right as soon as possible. Use the contact form within 28 days from the date of order to arrange returns and we will issue a refund as soon as possible.
- We are happy to pay the return delivery cost if the return is as a result of our error (incorrect or defective item).
