We offer FREE next day delivery on all orders over £25.
- Orders received before 3:30pm on weekdays are sent out on the same day through next day parcel service. In most cases, you will receive the parcel the next working day.
- Orders received after 3:30pm on weekdays will be sent out on the next working day via next day parcel service.
- Orders received on Friday after 3:30pm will be sent out on Monday through next day parcel service.

Nothing makes us jump with joy than a happy FOOGO green customer and we take every effort to ensure you are satisfied with your products and they reach you in excellent condition. But there are somethings you might want to know..
- You can cancel an order any time before shipment. Just write to us using the contact form.
- If you are not satisfied with your product, we want to set it right as soon as possible. Use the contact form within 28 days from the date of order to arrange returns and we will issue a refund as soon as possible.
- We are happy to pay the return delivery cost if the return is as a result of our error (incorrect or defective item).
